Turtuk in the Nubra Valley of Ladakh is now open to tourist from around the world. In an effort to boost tourism the Indian government has relaxed the security in the area which was previously off limits for foreigners. The tourist are now able to visit the hot sulphur springs of Paramik valley or simply go for a Bactrain camel safari. The famous Pangong lake on the India China border is also accessible to the foreigners now. Further route is also likely to open up after the infrastructure is set.
